Our curriculum is designed to give the student a complete education in Traditional Chinese Martial Arts. Students progress through each level at their own pace. Kung Fu training is like building a house, first a good foundation must be laid, upon which we can build. Our school does not have a belt ranking system as we believe true Kung Fu lies in the heart, and mind not the waist line. Instead students are ranked based on the family system, the most senior students is the one who joins the school first. Onces a student completes the required material, they well be tested in formal quarterly exams. Students will be tested on there overall proficency and knowledge of the material they are working on. Students must also show improvments, in conditioning, strength, coordination, speed and power.
